1. How to i remove “Recommended Reads” category title as seen in this screen capture for home page slider

Hi,
Sorry for delay we don’t work on weekends!
1. Do you use version 4 of the theme? If you do please try this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css to hide category tag on homepage slider:
.home .td_normal_slide .slide-meta {
display: none;
}
2. Not sure what you mean, please provide more details and also your site url.
