Hey, I disabled the comment blocks in the theme panel but in the mobile theme they appeared. Also, I turned it off at the WP settings so I don’t know why it still appears?

That would be unusual, when disabled in the theme panel they should not appear in all posts, regardless of desktop or mobile

Maybe you use a different implementation of comments, instead of the default commenting WordPress system. I could take a look at it, please post a link to the website.
