The Meta Description that is shown in the Browser has Always the publishing Date at the begining. Something Like that isn’t Set in the SEO Plugin. How can I remove it?

I think that you are referring to this https://i.imgur.com/pfDJi0D.png this can be remove using the documentation from Yoast seo plugin -> https://yoast.com/help/date-appears-search-results/

Date will show up anyways because it is just an option to hide it, not to cancel it.
