Remove default text logo tagline on header style 10

Hi,

I have 2 questions regarding header style 10.

1. How can I remove the default text logo tagline which says ‘DISCOVER THE ART OF PUBLISHING’

2. How can I center the text logo after removing the text logo tagline?
