You need to use tagDiv Composer to edit the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/4wIcwoH.png and go down to these empty boxes then use the right click to delete them.

Please notice that you can not delete the empty column only the row that contain empty columns.
If you want to delete a row, you can delete a row with the empty column using the right click on the row icon -> http://prntscr.com/owlyuw -> http://prntscr.com/owlynq or using the drag and drop -> http://prntscr.com/owlz2r or you can simply click on the row and press the delete button from your keyboard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Mai7iyEG
