I was wondering if possible to remove a featured image if there is not one set? As show in this photo it looks like this. https://imgur.com/a/sfTNDmG
On the actual post page i have set an image to be show if there is none. I would like to keep that, but take away the one on the front end like shown above. Here is a link to that: https://imgur.com/a/KAEg82M

Hello,
You can set a featured image for each post here https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video-7/
So if the posts don’t have the featured image, then they will display a blank thumb; you can set a placeholder.
You can set a Placeholder in Theme Panel -> Blocks Settings -> https://i.imgur.com/mo0Cbu2.png
Thank you!
Gotcha, but is there a way to remove the placeholder on the front end of things, but when someone was to click through to a post they would see the image there instead?
For example in this photo https://imgur.com/a/99DIjuX I have the placeholder set to that newspaper image, but what if I wanted it to be shown like the one under “latest news” but when a user clicks into it post they see the featured image with the newspaper? like this https://imgur.com/a/YLCtlxV
would that be possible?
Hello,
You can set a default image here: https://i.imgur.com/wAmANFO.png. This will be displayed on all posts without a featured image set.
Thank you!
I don’t think you are understanding the question. I know you can set a default image. I was asking if you can set the default image but also have the image ONLY appear on the single post page not on the front page
Hello,
Yes, if you have set there a default image tgsi will be displayed only in the post template, not on the blocks in the page -> https://i.imgur.com/PIEnGss.png -> https://i.imgur.com/FJzzpWc.jpeg\
Thank you!
