can i remove Header and footer from single pages or posts?

Yes, you can do this if you will use such a custom CSS code with post and page ID> Provide the specific URL of your website with the page or post from where you want to hide these sections, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Actually I’d like to be able to delete the header and footer from any of the new pages I intend to create.

Hello gojira68,

Please notice that I said you above which would be the solution in this case. Each page created by you have a unique page or post ID. So, using this, you can target this page and remove each element you want through such a custom CSS code.
