First of all: Your theme is amazing, it’s the first time I use it and I have an awesome impression. I’m currently creating a fanpage and I just love working with your theme and tagDiv-Composer! Thx a lot for your work and keep it up!
I only dislike one thing: the HTML-Comments that the theme renders. Can you recommend a method (i.e. function in functions.php or wp-config.php) to remove those?

Thank you very much for your appreciation of the theme. There are more new features to come in future updates.
Removing the HTML comments within the actual theme file would not be a permanent solution, after an update it will have to be done again.
Try a plugin maybe, such as this one

I don’t want to install a plugin for this though, I’d rather do it manually. It’s clear to me that after an update I’ll have to do it again and that’s ok for me.
Could you please tell me in which file(s) to find the code? I’ve searched a long time now and haven’t found it…

You can try the plugin and remove them and after that deactivate the plugin and delete it from plugins folder.

Note, if your web hosting provider supports mod_pagespeed, this is an option included in that server side system. We use it here to remove comments and line breaks and empty spaces, dynamically.
