I want to remove “Page Template Settings” options from my home page. i.e. it displays latest articles and side bar on home page.i do not want to show them. please guide

The latest articles and sidebar options can be removed by changing the page template. There are 3 to chose from: http://screencast.com/t/VMNaeptYg
