Hello, I would like to make smaller Team Member element as I want to show 10+ team members. Can we remove the social icons and reduce the height allocated?

Hello!
Make sure that the link or ” # ” is removed from settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/Mdl8gn0z5
You can select from the Style tab -> Style 3 – columns and add it on every column.
