Remove space beneath

I want to remove the extra large spacing that appears below the image gallery (using flex slider fade) on this page: http://wordpress.mauimagazine.net/eat-drink-be-merriman/

Is there a simple fix for that?

Thank you!

Hello,

You can use a custom CSS code for a quick fix:

<code>.single .wpb_gallery.wpb_content_element.vc_clearfix {
margin-bottom: 0;
line-height:0;
}
.single .wpb_gallery .flexslider {
margin: 0 0 20px !important;
}

Just place the code in the theme panel->custom CSS: http://screencast.com/t/NmFbmhpyPE1l
The result: http://screencast.com/t/JNo6YHw0Tn

Thank you!

Iʻm using this code to remove the meta info: .td-module-meta-info { display: none !important; }

A problem now is that the code removes the info I need to show for Block 13… Any way to fix that easily with css?

Thank you so much!

Hello,
You need to make your code more specific. Add a class from the module you wish to remove the meta info from.
For example:
.td_module_mx12 .td-module-meta-info { display: none !important; }
This will remove just the meta info from module mx 12. Change the first class with the class of the module you wish to edit.
Thank you!

Unfortunately, this solution does not work for me. I need EVERY module in the entire site to remove the meta info so that it removes the extra spacing that shows up when no meta info is included. Except for block 13 – that one needs to use its meta info or else the block does not render correctly. I don’t know how to use CSS to simply show the meta info on block 13 while excluding it from everything else on the website.

Suggestions?

Thank you.

Hello,
You can use your first code to remove meta info from all the modules and simply use a reverse code like so:
Block 13 uses td_module_14
So create another code and add it below your first one (use both codes):
.td-module-meta-info { display: none !important;}
.td_module_14 .td-module-meta-info { display: block!important;}

This is the css method. Another method to remove the meta information is by disabling it from the theme panel from post options, but it will also remove the author name and date from postss.
Hope this helps.

Thank you!

Hmmmm I tried that but it doesn’t work…. On my home page, I am using one instance of block 13 and it doesn’t render as it should in its example. The item shows a photo of a fish in yellow sauce on the far right column, underneath the calendar.

Any other advice?

Thank you very much.

Hello,

Please add this code to the other one:

.td_module_mx3 .td-module-meta-info{
display:block!important;
}

The code i gave you above for block 13 was for the 2 columns version. Adding this one should fix the sidebar version as well.

Thanks.
