Remove word Tag: before title

Please can you explain how to remove the word tag: before the title on tag pages.

Instead of, for example, Tag:Design the page title can be just Design

Hi,

Please go in Newspaper>Theme panel>Translation and search for tag
https://www.screencast.com/t/REIDSAdM6qz
Just replace the word, or set a space in it and save the settings.

Thank you, but I was not referring to the tag at the bottom of the article.

How do you remove the word Tag: before the title on a Tag page.

I have tried what you suggested and it removed the word tag, but has left the :colon in place.

How can I remove the colon.

I edited the tag.php file to remove the Colon :
