Removing Comments From Homepage

Hello,

I am attempting to remove the comments from the homepage of my blog and went on theme panel to deactivate the comment count but still there appears a comment box at the bottom of my page. I tried editing the page as well but there is no comment widget added so I’m not sure through which method I am supposed to deactivate it. Please let me know how, thank you!

Please keep in mind that all the comments can be hidden from Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/IkIYwjk7fa (for posts) and for modules/blocks -> https://www.screencast.com/t/q2r6cu4v

Hi,

I did have both of those switches disabled and still on mmepage there appears a comment box on the bottom. Please view it at http://www.segframes.us

If you do not want to have the comments on your homepage, you should turn off from Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/K6tKYYFXHW9y
