Hi,

Is there any possible way to remove/hide the “Install Demo” tab element once the demo was installed.

Hello,

Sorry but the theme does not have such option because you can choose another demo or want to uninstall it at another time. You can switch demos at will. It is not a one time process like the theme activation.

Thank you!

Can that section be hidden at least? I don’t want other users to see it.

Your users should not have access to the back-end though. There are tons of other settings that can be accessed if your users have access to the back-end. Please read this guide about user roles and capabilities and limit users to the front-end: https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities

Thank you!

What would be the optimal role to set up that will hide the demo installs? (by users I meant front end users)

Hi,
You cannot hide just the demo installs. You can hide the theme panel as a whole if you make your roles a subscriber or editor, author or contributor dpending on the permissions you would like the user to have.
Please check this guide: https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities

Thank you!

Hey Bogdan,

thanks for the input. another question, if we setup a roles plugin and HIDE the newspaper tab.

Will the EDITOR access have ability to change the design via the builder?

Hello,

If you only hide the theme panel, the page builder should still be visible. They are not tied together but I cannot say for sure as we have never tested this. This represents customization and is not covered by the theme support.

Thank you for your understanding.
