Repeat article inline ads after a number of paragraph more than once!

I used the article inline ad, works fine, but I publish books that are 150 pages and I’d like more than 1 inline ad during the whole book. How can I have the inline ad to be repeated after each lot of 15 paragraphs ?

I am a programmer, I can play with the code if you tell me where.

Or consider using a plugin that can insert ads as you want, until more inline ad options are implemented in the theme.
