Could you please help me with adjusting the row width globally? Currently, the default row width is set to 1068px, but I would like to change it. Is there a way to modify the row width for all rows? Thank you for your assistance.
Hi,
By default the rows from the composer have 1068px in width, that is the default setting https://i.imgur.com/uuwcpFo.png
Then rows can be stretched if needed, to the provided values. I assume that by decreasing the margins of the page you mean increasing the width of the content. This will indeed reduce the margins, as the content is larger. So you could stretch the rows in the page.
If you want a width value that is not available for selecting, stretch the rows to full and set your desired value here https://i.imgur.com/MDgzWje.png Every row, column, or element from the composer has a width setting in the CSS tab, also margins and padding can be set there if needed. It depends on what exactly you want to achieve in the page.
If you want to make the layout full width, then to change the website width, you need to make sure that you don’t have set a background color/image in the Theme Panel because this makes your website boxed. Make sure this option is disabled => https://www.screencast.com/t/ejiNPCBF
To set a page to full width, you’ll need to edit it with tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/i5IUJ9E.jpg add or select a row and stretch it after your needs -> https://i.imgur.com/WKYebPX.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/TO1BZ3M.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Yq8UCv3.jpg
Thank you!
Thank you Anamaria,
Can you please guide me, how can I add Custom CSS to Specific page or Element?
When I’m using this option, it will be applied on Global level – https://i.ibb.co/9bd2mFg/Screenshot-2023-06-08-at-11-21-58-AM.png
Hello!
Every element has a class. Follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Thank you!
Hi Bettina,
Elementor has CSS available in the “Advanced” section under each Element. However, with the approach you are suggesting, how can I ensure that I remember in the future where I applied this CSS and on which specific page?
I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
Thank you.
