I am migrating hosts and in the process of doing so, I created a lot of inactive sites that I now don’t want to be assigned to my licence. We can reset and I will activate the ones I want later on. The unassign/assign buttons are greyed out so can’t do anything

Once we receive your email, we will review your request and verify the license key. Please note that the process can only be completed if the license key has been used correctly.
Typically, a license key is valid for a single live domain. However, we allow usage on up to two domains to accommodate staging environments, as most websites require one.
