What is the best max height and width for your theme to seems good like the deme version?
Is there any documentation related to my question?

Sorry, but notice that our theme has not been tested with this such a plugin and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with the theme! We do not have any max height and width. To achieve good theme results, you should use full HD images because the theme will automatically resize the images according to the block used by you. So if I upload a full size HD pic the theme will resize it and will use the resized one, but I need to know that the host will take the full size image before upload or as it is going to be resized for placing in the theme, the uploaded pic will be resized too?

Yes, this is the process for featured images uploaded. The theme will resize all the images according to your thumbs sizes needed for your blocks used. If you will use an image in content, without thumbs the theme will take it and load it with the original size.
