I Have This Problem after upgrade from Newspaper 7.4 to Newspaper 7.5
Populer post 7 day based cannot work properly. It’s only show title with Blank Widget, Can somebody tell me what happen and help me with this problem. Maybe it’s because Newspaper 7.5 that contain some error with Popular post module?

There were a few changes in newspaper 7.5 and we did have reports of a few settings in the theme panel getting changed in a few special conditions after updating. Please check your theme panel and see if this option is active: http://screencast.com/t/NxG5jNhl

That’s why I Make this Thread. Because I Have Activated This Settings long time ago, when the theme stil in 7.2 Version. When i Updated the theme into Newspaper 7.5 this problem appear. Please Help
Well, there is nothing to help with I’m afraid. You will have to activate that feature in the theme panel and wait for the posts to get views. Then the block will be populated again. If the option is disabled the counter for the 7 days will be gone so a new one will have to be created. It does that automatically you only need to record a few post views for the block to show content again.
As as a recommendation, please export your theme settings before updating next time so you will not longer be exposed to such issues. This only happened in a few cases, it could be a plugin or other specific conditions but it;s better to be on the safe side next time.
