1). Getting “Resource Limit Is Reached” everytime.
Works only after disabling the following plugins
tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Composer
How to fix this ?
2). When I try to import home page template from Cloud Library, getting “Invalid reply from server endpoint”
WP_Memory_limit is 500M
and Iam using https.

Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, if you’ll set it to 256M, it should work -> https://i.imgur.com/Hjpd1Qk.png
Also make sure that you are using https not http on your links, you can do this using a plugin like this one -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
