Resource Limit Reached

Hello,

i have a problem with logo of website. https://eunews.al/wp-admin It seems that is on logo:

According to the check, the resource limitations are exceeded because there are a lot of requests to the image /wp-content/uploads/2020/01/eunews-logo-1.png from your server itself ( self-DDoS) . Here is the error log:

What i have to do with this plugin?
