Hello Socialfeed,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme -> Newspaper 7.1 and also, the latest version of the required plugins ->Social Counter 4.1 and Visual Composer 4.12. Try to clear all your plugins, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
If your problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch and install only the theme with the required plugins and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello Socialfeed,

Please ensure that this type of error does not come from your untested plugins. Also, if you have some additional customizations through code or CSS, please try to disable all of them, clear all your caches and try the theme to the default state. Also, if you are using the CDN system, please try to purge all the CDN files, clear all your caches and test again.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the message!

Hello

As a quick solution, please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area. Unfortunately, I do not know from where that characters are coming because our theme does not have something like this…sorry!

The code is ->

.page-nav .clearfix{
display:none;
}

Thanks for your message!

Hello,

The css code works, Simply add the code in the theme panel> custom css box and clear all cache. I cannot say for sure where the error comes from. It could be a plugin or a custom modification you made.

Thank you!

Thank you.

Hi,
I have personally tested the code on your site using a chrome extension: http://screencast.com/t/Sp1QB0Of9
The css works You just need to implement it properly and clear cache afterwards.
Please provide a screenshot of the custom css box so i can see how you implement the code and if you have any open tags there that could prevent the code from working.
Thank you!

hello,

i place that codes correctly but still getting same error..

Well the errors are not about the code we provided. The errors are at the code you already have there. The parts with the x in front do not do anything. Remove them : http://screencast.com/t/QMFrbOYS

Thank you!
