Hello,
As you see in the image, I want to use responsive select boxes on my home page to list my categories and post. I could not find any suitable plugin or tool in the visual composer. Is there any solution that can help?

Hi,
The alternative would be to manually build them or create a custom plugin. Or find a plugin which comes with similar ones and use custom css to modify them so that they look the way you want. My advice is to look for a professional developer to help you with this task, you can find one on places like http://studio.envato.com/
