We have a few admin guys coming on board for CrowdInk to schedule content.
I just don’t want to be giving these people full access to the site. Is there any we can give certain people restrictive access.
For instance they can’t delete posts, but only schedule. Or they can only see posts that they put up and not everything else? Is there any plugins or code available that can achieve this result?

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an additional option to control this than just existing in WordPress regarding on users roles permissions. Also, please notice that we do not have any recommended plugin in this regard, but you can try to find some plugins with this functionality and see how it goes.
