Placing my own image Ads…
How do you recommend Retina images?
I created an image double the size I wanted >> then add a css class that gave it a minimum width…but that creates an error in the Developer Console.
Thanks!
Hello InstallationComplete,
Please keep in mind that our theme has implemented this function and for more information about this, please consult the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/retina-images/ Also, please notice that this function was not developed for Ads if you are referring to.
If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide am ore accurate response.

Catalin, Yes I was referring to ads (clickable images) that I place in the ads box in the theme panel.
I placed some css with the ad to restrict its width… otherwise If I place a large image it shows at full size. If I place a small image at size… It looks horrible on retina display.
Best,
IC

If use your own images (.gif, .png, .jpg) use this:
For example for one banner 300×600. Is the same output used for featured images and will pass satisfactorily every test about images scale. The only thing, you have to create 2 images (one with original dimensions 300×600 and another x2) and upload them in your folder “uploads” through FTP.
Hey tagDiv, I leave here an example of code and is erased (with both tags
& )
