Now the company has been deregistered two years ago, and this SN has been used normally in multiple domain names so far.
Now there is a problem. After upgrading the theme from 12.7.1 to 12.7.2 in a domain site, the SN is lost, which may be related to the transfer of the domain name from eguojiribao.com to hmguojiribao.com.
Can I retrieve this SN now?
Or what else can I do?

Normally, a license key is for 1 website. Please check the ThemeForest license specifications here – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular -> https://prnt.sc/X0AldIM7e7ni
We allow the key to be used on two websites simultaneously because we consider that most website owners require a testing website in addition to their live website, and the theme must be activated on both.
If you used the license key on more than 2 domains, then it will require more license keys
