Review block is coming after jetpack social buttons, but it should become before social buttons and article bottom ad.

If you use the theme share buttons they will appear bellow the reviews.
Jetpack place his share buttons in the post content and if you want to place them somewhere else please check their documentation – https://jetpack.com/2013/06/10/moving-sharing-icons/
