Review box option & Feature Image clickable

Hi There,

I couldn’t find any other option for review box except the default one.

I want to make feature image clickable, can you please guide me. at the moment when I click feature image it doesn’t take me anywhere. When I click the feature image it should take me to other website / offer page. Please check the website below and I want to make like that.

I want to make like this product review box, please kindly guide me.
