I just wanted to know that is there any option that we can position the start review box on the above in stead of below post. Please guide.

Hello Alok_Mishra25,
If you want to move the review box above your post content, you have to alter the code from the file which affects the post template used by you. For example, if you are using post template style 2, you have to alter the code from loop-single-2.php like this -> http://screencast.com/t/kYTK2h74
