Can you please tell how to implement a pop-up message in the Review when the mouse hovers over it?

Hi,

The theme doesn’t have an option for that and you will need additional customization for it as it’s not easy. Unfortunately we cannot offer any custom work at this time as we work hard on development, updates, fixes, and support so you would have to get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
