Hello,
I’m looking for a way to display the review in the sidebar, or maybe in a second row floating on the right of my main content.

This require a lot of modifications to the code, you have to modify the loop-single.php and create two containers, one with the content and one with the review, or you can just reposition the reviews line and modify it’s placement/location and the display using css – http://screencast.com/t/1BkE4hiNFyib
If you don’t know how to doit you may have to hire a professional coder.
