With my previous theme my indexed posts on google had star ratings, since I have installed your theme these stars have disappeared from all of my indexed posts. Since I have a review blog these star ratings matter a lot, how can I fix this?
In other words my structured data is not working anymore.
Do your current posts show the star ratings?
Reminder that if the ratings were a custom system of prior theme, those do not carry over!
If using a custom plugin for ratings – you might need to review setup for that plugin to include the necessary hook in to a template someplace.
I don’t work here; just went through this same issue couple of years back.
Upshot – any ‘custom’ elements from the prior theme don’t carry over to new theme; which is why for some stuff like ‘ratings’ it is useful to use a theme-agnostic plugin for such things (e.g., forms, ratings, reviews, ecommerce, etc.).
For TagDiv support if the issue is related to a review CREATED in the new theme, and not workin you would likely need to include a link to a post where it’s NOT working. So, first try making NEW post with ratings, then check the structured data to see if working.
For “old data” you might need to do some kind of dbase chicanery to migrate the info if still there.
