Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to activate the review function for users of the page. Or is it alternatively possible to connect the built-in review functions with a plugin like wp_reviews.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to use the review for users of the page, sorry! You need to find such a plugin with this functionality and check how it works.
