I have few doubts about revolution slider:
1. What should be the optimum dimension of an image so that it displays perfectly in the slider?
2. When one displays pages in the slider instead of posts, isn’t it possible to select which pages to display, rather than displaying all pages?
3. Isn’t it possible to create a slider instead of fetching it from posts or pages? Can you please provide a demo for it?
4. I just want to make a slider with 4 images, but don’t have a simple demo for it, so that I can just change images.

1)The Revolution Slider allows you to add images in full width because this type of slider will be displayed in full width on your side.
3)I guess that you want to create your own slider with Rev Slider right? First of all, please keep in mind that you should read and consult all the plugin documentation before you begin to use it. For example, you can watch this video tutorial here -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuCBp329Buc
2,4)Please notice that Revolution Slider is a more complex plugin which has a lot of settings and features. You will have to read all the plugin documentation in order to be able to create your own slider. You should try to find some useful video tutorial with Revolution Slider because all of these will be very welcomed for your understanding. Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean, sorry! Do you are referring to our slider or Revolution Slider? As you can see, our slider block do not have any paginations but only next and prev arrows. If you are referring to Revolution LSider, you will have to check all the settings from this plugins because this is not theme related.
If is not what you mean, you can provide a link and some useful screenshots where you explain what you want to achieve so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
