Hi is revolution slider included with this theme ? if so where can I access it?

You can select in the composer when building your home page:
http://import.tagdiv.com/newspaper/doc/#homepage
I believe the theme will ask you to install plugins when you first launch the theme admin panel, if you don’t already have the revolution plugin installed.
If you skipped the “please install plugins” message, I think you can still manually install the plugin from:
/Magazin/includes/plugins/revslider.zip
