Revolution Slider doesn't appear

Hello,

We have purchased and successfully installed and customised your theme. But when we try to add an slider at the top of the page: http://myintegralis.com/blog/ it doesn’t appear. We would like it to appear just like the screenshot(Gyazo): https://gyazo.com/8b56728f3bc4ddd8a592fece873743ff

We already have reinstalled the plugin and disabled all the others plugins but unsuccessful.

Also is it possible to have the images from the posts retangular and square? “Pinterest style” as you can see in the screenshot(Gyazo) above. And the logo as in the screenshot(Gyazo)?

Hi,

First please check the system status of the theme and make changes to some parameters if needed, according to this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
The try and import one of the demo sliders and add it to the page. More information here

Please make sure that you assign a category or more from which the slide will display posts.
Simply add the slider element to the page structure

And then it should display as intended on the page.
The Revolution slider plugin is very complex and has many options in all aspects, it may take a while to master. Here you can find all the documentation available on the official website, and see all the features this plugin has to better understand it, and help you get started using it

We have tried what you said but nothing, the slider still doesn’t appear.

Hi,

Maybe you have caching installed, try clearing the cache and see if it has any effect. If you can not get the slider to display on your page and you have tried the suggestions from the previous reply, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Please also paste a link to this topic in your email, so we can identify you.
