Hi,

Do you refer to the Big Slide? If you do note that the big slider is not a part of the header, it’s under the header and yes, it is possible.
You just have to create the slider and add it on page using the visual composer Revolution Slider block element – http://screencast.com/t/2kO8gjrJ
If you want to replace it on Homepage BG templates you have to edit the template file and replace the Big Slider line with the Revolution Slider shortcode

echo do_shortcode(‘[rev_slider test]’);

Thank you, Emil G.

Ive done this step of adding the line and uploaded it, cleared all possible caches (even made other changes to theme to make sure it was clearing) and it still is showing the default homepage. Is there someway for a setting to be overriding the code change or something?

Hi,

I have tested this and seems to be working fine, make sure you have added the slider in the template like this: http://screencast.com/t/VzptCzabGa3 – this ex is for Homepage with background and no article list template.
Result: http://screencast.com/t/agcchZbY
Also make sure you have created the slider like this:

Known issues using speed booster is that is used to be in conflict with Revolution slider but we fixed it, of course it may be incompatible with some plugins so try to deactivate the plugins also if nothing else solves this.
Please let me know if you manage to solve this.
Also please send along a link to your site if you don’t solve this.

Thanks
