First I wasn’t able to download this plugin and counter plugin from the link after adding theme directly. I looked into plugins directory and added these plugins.
I’m testing my installation on googleAppEngine and The revSlider plugin is not working it displays following errors

why can you use a classic account on a shared server, or a vps?
we did not test with this google appengine.
