Revolution Slider not working on my site

Good morning TagDiv team,

I have the Newsmag theme installed on my site. I updated it to the latest available version 4.6; however after the installation revolution slider stopped working. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but unfortunately now the site goes on fatal error with the following message: Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 116129792) (tried to allocate 786432 bytes) in /home2/adepton/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/googlefonts.php on line 2053

Please check site http://www.embarcado.net

Is it something I am doing wrong or anything else?

Thanks for the feedback.

Cristyan

Hi PubliEste,

This error happened due because your system status parameters are not correctly increased according to our useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi there Catalin,

Thanks for the very good reply. However, please note this only happens when I activate the revolution slider plugin; have the parameters changed on the latest Newsmag version?

Additional, when I don’t get the fatal error, revolution slider keeps on asking me to activate the installed version in order to show the sliders on the website, meaning it is not working anyhow, regardless it should be included in Newsmag package.

Thanks for reverting,

Cristyan

Hi,

If you will use the Rev PLugin from our theme packet, you should ignore to activate it because the license of it is included in our theme’s packet. Ensure that you have correctly installed and setup it in order to achieve good results. If you need more assistance in this case, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.

Thanks.
