revolution slider plugin exploit. Is that something to worry about?

i’ve just found this article. The revolution slider in the newspaper theme which works with this plugin has a known problem. Is it something we should worry about? I didn’t find anything in the changelog.

I mentioned this quite some time back if you want to search the forum (kind of hard to find as I didn’t used to put in tags!). Basically the version of the slider that came with Newspaper last December (a year ago) had the exploit.

The developer fixed that vulnerability as of version 4.6.
