I think it’s just a layered image,probably made with Photoshop or similar software.

You can use some predefined example that came with the revolution slider, see here all examples in menu -> Usage examples http://revolution.themepunch.com/
or you can build your own slides if you have experience to use the revolution slider. Here is the slider documentation: http://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/
