Just trying to install the revolution slider and I cannot understand your instructions. You say it is available here (see below) but where is this file usually located? Your links sent me to Cloudflare but this does not give any instructions on how to instal the slider. Can you please step up with some clear instructions please.

I assume that the file is located in an ftp somewhere but again there are no clear instructions on how to install.
The revolution slider 5 plugin is included in the zip file you download for the Newspaper theme. You will locate this in the folder Newspaper-tf. Here look for plugins folder and then revolution_slider_5.
If you downloaded it in your C:\Download folder then the path will be like this:
C:\Download\themeforest-12345-newspaper\Newspaper-tf\plugins\revolution_slider_5
Ok, I have worked out how to install version 5.15. Basically you are asking us to download the full zip version from theme forest website and then unzip the file and save it and find the rev slider v5 file within that.
I have done that but get the message that the plugin is not activated.
You mean registration? As per tagDiv documentation, the plugin does not need registration. But I would also like to know how to download the premium sliders as we are limited to only two sliders which came with the zip file of the theme.

I get the message that the plugin is not activated. I know it should be activated but it is not.
The plugin shows up as not activated but you can still create sliders. Haven’t been able to dowload the premium sliders though.

The Revolution Slider plugin comes bundled within the theme files and you can find it in the /plugins folder like it is specified in that guide, you don’t have to register or update it as we provide regular updates after it is tested with the theme(with Visual Composer is the same).

Alin, how do we download the premium sliders in revolution slider 5? Or is it not supported.

Unfortunately the premium sliders can only be downloaded with a licence key for rev slider but our version that is bundled with the theme cannot be activated at the moment. We will try to find a solution and maybe provide these premium sliders in the future.

I know they are beneficial but at the moment we cannot provide them as it will break our license agreement with ThemePunch if we hack the plugin. They introduced this activation system and implemented restrictions even if you have the files installed. We will make an announcement if we manage to find a solution that works for both parties.

Is there a way to import the free templates? At the moment, it will only let me install a local zip file that is nowhere to be found. So I’m guessing we also can’t install the free templates?

The demo sliders can be provided by us via email. please make a request for these sliders at contact@tagdiv.com and we will provide them there.
As for the Whiteboard, I cannot say for sure, we will have to wait and see. There is no solution at the moment to activate the add-ons on a free version of the plugin.
