Hello aksakal,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.4) which come bundled with the latest version of required plugins among which there is the Revolution Slider. Also, please try to use only the plugins which come bundled with our theme, without untested plugins which can interact with the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues. If your problem is still there, please create a new clean install from scratch and check the results.
