Right Sidebar widget not showing in sidebar area any longer. It is at bottom.

Hi. I have not made any updates or edits and suddenly my sidebar widget, that used to be in the right sidebar, is now under the comments at the bottom of the page. There is still blank space on the right where the sidebar should be. Hi,
Most of the time, this error occurs because an HTML tag was opened but not closed. Please check if you have added any elements using HTML tags and make sure they contain both the opening and closing tags (usually found in widgets).

I’ve looked everywhere for an opened HTML tag that’s not close but cannot locate it. Additional help is needed. PLease take a look at the code and see.
