Romania News: Menu strange when loading

I use Romania News template.
Website address: http://www.2chinaworker.info
When the website is being loaded, the menu would be widened for a few seconds (picture: https://ibb.co/qWLpfkc)
After the whole site is loaded, it is back to normal (picture: https://ibb.co/XF7nWsz)
It looks like a small thing but just make my website not professional…

This doesnt happen when I load your template (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_romania_news/)

Maybe I mistakenly changed something on the header or menu. I hope you can teach me a way to back to normal.

Hi,

Unfortunately the website is not loading to can check the problem -> https://i.imgur.com/Qm8asBp.png also I just make some test and for me this problem do not appear, maybe you made some changes for the menu, please set another main menu and check the results.
