Row settings not to be seen

Hi

I was trying to create the parallax type wide background image like in your travel demo but when I click on “edit row” I don’t see any options other than “Select color” and “Extra class name”. See here http://www.screencast.com/t/wnjEu2axmu2

Please advise.

Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache. Then check the row settings again and let us know if the problem is still there.

I did as you suggested—deactivated all plugins except visual composer. It still doesn’t work! Could you help?
