Row Stretch with padding taking very long time & Rows "connected"

Hi,

I have searched the forums to find an answer to the below, but cannot find.

When I click a row and choose to stretch it with content and padding, it stays in the execution mode- faded to grey- for an extremely long time. It doesn’t actually revert back to normal and I find myself closing that tab and trying again.
Every other change for the row works straight away.

Also, now I have noticed that I cannot highlight specific rows on their own. It looks like all rows have been connected somehow, even when there are other elements in between each row. For example when I want to click on the third row, then that row should only highlight, but instead all rows highlight. Therefore I cannot make different changes to different rows on their own.

Hi,

If they are actually different rows, then selecting each one of theme should work. Multiple rows have to be added manually – http://prntscr.com/nahmad (with a few exceptions).
So for example if you start with a single row and keep adding elements in it, there will still be only one row to work with.

I have logged in and tried in the same draft to stretch a row, with and without padding

Seems to work alright when I try it. If I misunderstand something let me know and I will check again.

Thanks

It’s hard to show you when I can’t give a live demonstration. But when I hover over one row in order for me to click on changes to that row, all the other rows highlight and act as if they are one row. Even when there are other separate rows and media in between each row.
This is getting very frustrating as I cannot make style changes to individual rows on the front page anymore.

Hi bpotter,

Please check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> Also, check your PHP memory to be hight increased. Probably, your memory has exhausted and that’s why this happened.

Thank you!

System parameters have been increased, and usually by more than suggested to help with the flow.
Everything else works fine, it’s just this matter of all the rows being connected.

And now I’ve started work on another design with the Newspaper theme for another domain, and I have the same problem- I cannot get into the settings for individual rows. When I hover over one row in order to change its settings, all rows highlight as if they’re connected.

Surely this isn’t a new thing?

Hi,

If you have made all of the above steps and if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and CPanel access so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.

Thank you!

I figured it out.

I wasn’t adding row elements separately. I was merely adding elements straight to the page, thinking that was being added to a different row.

So I’ve just redesigned the page and added rows separately before adding new elements.

Thanks.
