Row "VIDEO BACKGROUND" section on mobile not working correctly

Hi,
When I put a Row with “VIDEO BACKGROUND” (like this example http://prntscr.com/jq5ufr) it works perfectly on desktop version, but when it is in mobile version it shows me the Youtube play button in the static image (like this http://prntscr.com/jq5vjx).

I need to use only the static image without the youtube button, or have another solution like replacing the video with a custom image only on mobile, because I want the desktop version to keep the youtube video.

Can you help me please?

Hello slicedbrain,

Sorry but please notice that background image is automatically created by Youtube and the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to control this section on mobile, unfortunately!

Thanks for the message!

Hi again,
thank you for the reply. But is it possible at least to hide this section in mobile? So I use this section in desktop and hide it in mobile, and use the same method with an image that is hidden in desktop and only appears in mobile, so i can run around this issue.

Hello slicedbrain,

You can do this process from TD Composer page builder. For desktop, you should add your desired video background which you should hide it on mobile and then, you should add a single image on mobile which should have to be hidden on the desktop version, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ANdsDyvT and vice versa. I have tested on my side and it seems to work as expected, without any problem.

Hope this helps!

Thanks.
