Just need to know how can I show the RSS Feeds next to the page title of each category.

Our theme does not have an option for the RSS feed, sorry!
This is a default WordPress functionality that is not theme related.
For RSS check some guides, like these:

Try some free plugins and make tests with them. We have not tested any, so I can’t make recommendations.
