I uploaded an RSS plugin to my website, it used to work fine before, but now it stopped importing news.
I contacted the plugin developers and they said Its not the plugin, but I should contact the website theme support.
Can Somebody help please?

Please keep in mind that our theme does not have any such an option for any Feedburner/RSS, sorry! The WordPress controls this feature and if you want to make some adjustments in this regard, you should do it yourself because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry! Your task involves some additional customizations and if you ae not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!

Hi,
I am sorry that this plugin you were using is not working anymore for you. I could not say which part of the update is causing the problems you are having. If it was working properly before try to think what modifications you have made before the issue occurred. Or what other plugins you have installed, conflict can come between plugins as well.
